Porcelain veneers are thin ceramic “shells” that are bonded to the front of each tooth, replacing natural enamel. Invisalign® is an alternative to traditional braces that works by using a series of clear, customized aligners that, over time, move your teeth into proper alignment. Because the Invisalign® aligners work without wires, bands, and brackets, they are not noticeable in most situations.
Patients wear a series of 18 to 30 different aligners — depending on the severity of the misalignment. In-Office Teeth-Whitening
Teeth-whitening performed by a dental professional is the most effective way to whiten teeth. Tooth-Colored Fillings
Because metal fillings can be obvious and unattractive, we offer tooth-colored fillings for our patients. New cosmetic materials enable patients to have cavities filled with natural-colored fillings. We can repair tooth decay and replace old fillings using a composite resin that closely matches the color of patients’ natural teeth.
Tooth-colored fillings bond well to teeth — better than metal fillings. They also aid in the prevention of further decay and damage. Tooth-colored fillings are so durable that they are often used on teeth that absorb a great deal of pressure, such as molars. Tooth-colored fillings have the added benefits of insulating teeth from temperature changes and eliminating the health risks posed by metal fillings with mercury.
In addition, natural-colored fillings are virtually undetectable. In most social situations, such as talking, laughing, eating, and smiling, tooth-colored fillings are not apparent — they simply look like a natural part of the teeth.
